Gary Dougharty was was born in Houston, Texas and now lives in Kingman, AZ. He is a disabled veteran. After his disability in the service of the country, he retired from the Army in 1991. He wrote a children's book about a rubber duck who dreams of being a real duck for the children. Gary wants to donate the profits from the book to help children!
