Jeff is the founder and CEO of eMinutes. He is a graduate of the nation’s top school for entrepreneurship, Babson College where he was awarded the Economics Letter of Achievement.   As a lawyer admitted to practice in both California and New York, Jeff divides his time between Los Angeles and Manhattan. Since founding his firm in 1997, Jeff has become best known as an expert on business organizations, including corporations, LLCs, and partnerships. He has degrees in business and law; and a master’s degree in taxation. Jeff is an active member of the legal community and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
